Kraftson Caudle
Client Service Policy

Associate

Caroline’s practice is in construction litigation and claim support. Before joining Kraftson Caudle, Caroline was an Associate with an international law and strategy firm, working on international arbitration enforcement, business development, and corporate social responsibility for international clients in a variety of industries. While in law school, Caroline participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic at Greater Boston Legal Services, representing clients in unemployment appeals, personal injury cases, and divorce proceedings. Additionally, Caroline worked in-house with a health media start-up focusing on intellectual property, privacy, and health law. Having worked with clients large and small and as both in-house and outside counsel, Caroline knows that all interests are served when a problem is solved efficiently with an eye toward her client’s bottom line.

Prior to law school Caroline worked for a number of years as the Legislative Aide to a Virginia State Delegate, serving as the primary contact for lobbyists and constituents and working within the Delegate on legislation and research. After this experience in politics, Caroline prizes the importance of listening and creative problem solving, whether that is through formal litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Caroline is a graduate of Boston University School of Law (J.D., 2014) and Colby College (B.A. cum laude, 2008). She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
